Horace M. (Steve) Stevens, Jr. is Wink’s Process and Environmental Engineering Manager at the St. Charles, LA office. Steve obtained a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He is experienced in the areas of refinery management, process operations, process engineering, project engineering, environmental and safety.
