Andy FarrisA. E. (Andy) Farris, Jr., P.E., is President of Wink Engineering. A native of Baton Rouge and graduate of Louisiana State University, Andy is a licensed professional civil engineer. He joined the Wink organization in 2001 as General Manager of the newly-formed Baton Rouge office. In 2006, he was named Sr. Vice President / Corporate Engineering, with overall responsibility for engineering operations. He was tapped by Willbros Group to be President of Wink Engineering under the company's new ownership.

Raleigh RichardsRaleigh P. Richards, Jr., C.P.A., is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wink Engineering. A graduate of the University of New Orleans, Raleigh was employed by Wink in 1999 as Controller; he became Chief Financial Officer in 2005. In this role, Raleigh played a significant role in the due diligence and negotiations for the sale of the company to Willbros Group. As Sr. Vice President / CFO, his management responsibilities were expanded to include the company's accounting; human resources; procurement; and Information Technology functions.

Michael WinkMichael H. Wink, P.E., is Vice President / Business Development. A licensed Chemical Engineer and graduate of LSU, Michael has been a Wink employee since the company's earliest years. He has filled many roles in the organization, ranging from Project Engineer to Project Manager, Major Accounts Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. Following the acquisition of the company by Willbros, he was tapped to lead the company's marketing, sales, and business development activities.

Larry WinkLarry D. Wink, P.E., one of the original family owners of the firm, served many roles in the company, moving from project manager through successive positions until, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wink in 2009, he turned over management of the company to the new executive team and corporate owners. A graduate of Tulane University and a licensed professional mechanical engineer, Larry now uses his in-depth knowledge of the company and his community and professional relationships to develop new markets and clients as Wink's Business Development Account Manager.

Michael WillemMichael B. Willem, P.E., is Vice President and General Manager of Wink's New Orleans operations, in James Business Park near the Louis Armstrong International Airport. A graduate of the University of New Orleans, Mike is a licensed professional mechanical engineer. He is also a graduate of Loyola University School of Law and a member of the Louisiana bar.

Kevin SteedKevin D. Steed, P.E., is Vice President and General Manager of Wink's Baton Rouge operations, located in United Plaza off Essen Lane. Kevin is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and is a licensed professional civil engineer. Kevin was one of the 4 founding members of Wink's Baton Rouge office, and became General Manager in 2006.

Kenneth WinkKenneth J. Wink is General Manager of Wink's land survey department, with overall responsibility for the company's survey operations, including high-definition laser scanning activities. Ken is the company's in-house specialist in permitting and regulatory compliance for construction of facilities along waterways and in wetland areas.

Charles KonechneCharles J. Konechne, Jr., P.E., is Vice President / Major Projects for Wink Engineering. One of Wink's longest-term employees, Chuck joined the Wink organization in 1978. He has managed many of the firm's largest and most complex capital projects. He is a graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines and a professional mechanical engineer with licenses in many States.

Horace StevensHorace M. Stevens, Jr., was named Corporate Process Engineering Manager of Wink in 2006. Steve graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, and gained extensive experience in petroleum refining processes and operations before joining Wink in 1994. In his role as Corporate Manager of Process Engineering, Steve provides strategic planning and coordination of Wink's process expertise, assists with business development for new market opportunities, provides cold eyes technical review of selected projects and is co-chair of the Wink Practices Steering committee.

Daniel ClarkDaniel C. Clark, P.E., is Manager of Project Management for Wink's New Orleans Office. Daniel is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. His background includes not only process design but management of major, multi-discipline capital projects.

Randall CollierRandall H. Collier, P.E., was one of the four original staff members of Wink's Baton Rouge office. A graduate of LSU and a licensed Professional Civil Engineer, Randy currently serves as Engineering Manager for the Baton Rouge office, overseeing all engineering and design disciplines.

R.A. (Tony) HuvalR. A. (Tony) Huval, P.E., serves as Manager of Project Management for Wink's Baton Rouge office. Tony has more than twenty years experience in multi-disciplinary engineering, project engineering, and project management. A Mechanical Engineering graduate of Louisiana State University, Tony joined the Wink organization in 2005.
